Strathclyde Police
Change to Improve
Your Branch Executive are now part of a group called the
Police Staff Consultative Committee - Efficiencies Review
The purpose of this group is to form a partnership agreement where both management and staff sides are able to address areas where efficiencies may be realised.
This enables the unison to work with managment at the earliest stage to consult on the implications for Police Staff arising from the outcomes of the efficiency reviews which are taking place now and are due to be reported on at the end of July 2010.
To that end , UNISON ( and other participating unions) have signed an agreement with the Force , enabling meaningful discussion to take place relating to the repurcussions of these reviews.
We will keep members informed of any news as soon as we are able.
